MY CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE

I have a degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida.   I also hold the top Florida real estate appraisal designation, State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, which qualifies me to appraise all types of property in Florida.  I have over 30 years of experience as a professional appraiser, mostly in the Sarasota and Orlando metro areas, with brokerage experience at the same time.  

 

I am currently a Private Real Estate Broker covering the Sarasota/Bradenton metro areas.  The way I use my appraisal expertise in my residential brokerage business is by doing the same quality research that I would do as if I was doing an actual appraisal.  The result is superior property research and value estimates which saves my clients a lot of time and money.

I am a member of the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM), and the Mid Florida Regional MLS.  I also have construction experience in my background.  And Sarasota is my hometown, so I know the area very well.
